We want to make sure you can enjoy our boxes as soon as possible, so we’re partnered with DPD to offer FREE Next-Day Express Delivery (weekdays) on all orders over £75. This gives you the easy option for redelivery, changing delivery date or delivering to a neighbour.
The cut-off time for dispatching on the same day is 12pm. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following weekday.
- Next Day Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 20:00
Saturday & Sunday delivery:
We also offer Saturday and Sunday deliveries for an additional charge of £7.50 at checkout.
- Saturday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00
- Sunday Delivery will be delivered between 08:30 and 18:00
Orders placed on a weekend:
Orders that have been placed during the weekend (Friday after 11am, Saturday and Sunday) are going to be dispatched on Monday and are due to arrive on Tuesday.
Nominated Delivery day:
We offer a delivery on a nominated day of your choice without any extra costs.
Example: You are moving to a new address in X days/weeks and you want to make sure that all your items arrive on the very same day of you moving in/or the day afterwards.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you the tracking details that you can use to track your parcel online with DPD.

Will all Products in my order be delivered at the same time?
We are shipping all of your products in one go and you will receive everything together.
Where can I get my Box delivered?
You can get your package delivered anywhere you need across the UK, including your home, University halls/house or University front desk. If you are unsure about where to get the Box delivered please email us so we can help.
Can you help me arrange a delivery location & time?
We are here to make your move (e.g. to University) as easy as possible, if you need us to help with any aspect of your move or package delivery please email or call us, we can contact Universities or accommodation halls for you and explore all of the options available to you.
What if my delivery is late?
As we have opted for the most premium delivery service and our packages are delivered via recorded delivery by DPD, 99.5% of our packages get delivered on time.

What if something is broken or missing?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere on the mainland UK within 1 working day.
We are unable to deliver to the following areas:
Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
Do you Deliver overseas?
At the moment we can’t offer delivery overseas. However, we’re always working on improving our services and currently evaluating solutions. Do get in touch though and we’ll see if we can work something out!
How many parcel do I receive?
We normally ship everything in one large and very sturdy box.
However, in some special cases we might split the order into two parcels e.g. if you have added 2-3 larger extra items.
Our Boxes weight anything between 10kg for our Essential Kitchen Box to 29kg for our Premium Home Mover Box.
