I want to return an item, how does it work?Updated a year ago

We want to make sure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day free returns window.

Step 1: Write an email to [email protected] or use the chat

Step 2: We send you the returns label

Step 3: Pack everything into a box

Step 4: Make sure it’s packed extra safe so it can’t be damaged on the way back to the warehouse (we suggest holding onto the packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it).

Please note that we can only refund unused items or items that were faulty at the time of delivery. 

Note: If you ordered your box through a third party supplier, such as Amazon, Wayfair on OnBuy, you'll have to follow their returns and refunds policies. 

If you're unable to return your order to your local pick-up shop, please contact our Customer Service team and we may be able to organise a collection for you. We only offer collections under exceptional circumstances, and the cost of the collection will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
