When will I receive a refund for my returned items?Updated a year ago

There’s no hidden extra costs for returning your goods within this time window - we promise!

We will refund you 100% of the price as long as the items have been unused (taking them out of the Box to inspect them is obviously fine!).

We are dedicated to provide top-notch service at Noah's Box. So please let us know if you have any queries about our return/refund process!

We even offer a 30 day return window as we know that 2 weeks is often not enough!

• Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 10 days of us receiving your returned items.

• If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 3 working days. This can take a little longer for credit cards, and you should see your money return within 7 working days.

• Paypal can take up to 2 working days

• If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a little longer.
